How to Order
Select the products you wish to order and add them to your shopping cart. Review your shopping cart before checking out, confirm your order, and select your payment option to complete the order. Once the order is placed, we cannot make any changes. You've just placed your order! You will soon receive the order confirmation email.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
Mail is collected from our store every day between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Once the order is placed, it's only possible to cancel or modify it before 4:00 PM by giving us a call at +31703584800. If the package has already been shipped, you'll need to return it according to our return policy terms.
How Do I Modify My Order?
Want to modify your order? Then return the product and place a new order for the correct product via our online store. You will receive a refund for the returned item once we have received it. Entered the wrong delivery address? Then contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Do this as soon as possible and before 4:00 PM.
The Price of an Item Has Dropped Since I Placed My Order
Please understand that our prices may change depending on current trends, promotions, and stock. If the price of a product has dropped but you have already ordered it, please contact us, and of course, we will compensate you. Sometimes, we decide to lower a price, and orders placed shortly before that may not have been anticipated. We're human too ;-)
Why Haven't I Received an Order Confirmation Email?
Please check if you have received an order confirmation within 2 hours of placing the order. It may have ended up in your spam folder. If the email is not in your inbox, the payment may have failed or is still being processed, meaning your order has not been confirmed yet. In that case, we recommend checking your bank statement, PayPal account, or credit card statement.
If the amount has indeed been debited from your account and you haven't received the confirmation email, please contact us, and we will assist you.
