How many days do I have to exchange and return my product(s)?
You have up to 30 days after receipt to return the product and potentially exchange it.
If the size isn't right and you want to order a different size?
If the product is too large or too small but you want to order the same item in a different size, it's best to reorder it directly through our website. You'll probably have it the next day. Send back the product you don't want to keep to us.
Are there any costs for exchanging and returning?
We offer free shipping for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany from 25 euros. Exchanging and/or returning your product(s) is at your own expense.
When can I expect my money back in my account?
Once your product(s) have been returned to us, they will be checked and processed in our system. It will then take about 24 hours before you see your money back in your account.
Conditions for returning products
Products must be returned undamaged and with all labels attached. If products are damaged or in an unacceptable condition, they may be refused. So, make sure to always pack the products being returned well so that they do not get damaged on the way back.
